North Market Street to Lower Main Street

The project involves the removal of existing pavement down to gravel subbase within the roadway right-of-way and installation of new asphalt concrete pavement section with reinforcing geogrid; removal and widening of existing sidewalks, removal/installation of new curb/gutters, removal/replacement of existing curb ramps and driveway aprons, installation of new pavement striping and markers, adjusting manholes/valves frames and covers where needed, removal/replacement of existing drainlines, removal/replacement of existing catch basins and drain manholes, and removal/replacement of signage and posts. Portion of existing retaining wall along Mill Street will also be removed and replaced with new retaining

 Work days are from Monday to Friday except weekends and holidays with hours of operation from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Single lane closure is anticipated throughout the project duration with some intermittent full road closures as the need arises.
